Hence, understanding the context of where the games business is headed and the movements of big public company players helps inform how our businesses will be impacted: from small startups like mine to bigger industry players.
Two guys who are super dialed into public markets and have strong, insightful opinions are Brian Peganoff (former Deutsche Bank investment banker specializing in games, Corp Dev at Glu Mobile, and currently an advisor to several games companies) and Matthew Kanterman (former equity research at Bloomberg, Director of Research at Ball Metaverse, and currently Director of Research at Roundhill Investments).
